We are shooting driven pheasants on the slopes of the lovely Bredon Hill, near Pershore in Worcestershire, with Ray Foster-Morison, who won an auction to have his day filmed by Fieldsports Channel, helping to raise money for the GWCT. The shoot is just one side of a diverse business which has seen owner Mark Steele try his hand at deer farming, weddings and producing award-winning English wine.
