It’s one of the best ways to spend a year after you leave school. The students at the Northern Cape Professional Hunting School learn to deal with large African animals, and today they are taking a client, Ollie Williams from the hit TV show Love Island, out after kudu. Ollie is a trophy hunter, a meat hunter and a management hunter, and his PHs aim to guide him on to the right animal to fulfil all those three aims.
