Part-time gamekeeper Kevin Copeland gets a call – a neighbouring shoot has caught a mink in a floating raft trap. It is part of a nationwide scheme run by the charity the Waterlife Recovery Trust, which is helping to rid the countryside of this voracious invasive predator. The immediate problem for Kevin is how to dispatch a slippery, sharp-toothed customer in a wire cage.
