Great Britain’s Lucy Hall showed nerves of steel to win gold in junior women’s Olympic Trap at the European Championships. The event went to a thrilling head-to-head battle between 17-year-old Lucy and Portugal’s Maria Ines Coelho de Barros. With the two neck and neck to the end, it all hinged on the final shot – Lucy smashed her target to take the gold with 41 to de Barros’s 40.
