Scottish roebuck: from field to skinning to Kilted Chef

The ‘Kilted Chef’ Craig Wilson and deerstalking guide Milton Ferguson have got together to raise money for the Children’s Heart Unit Fund. First-time stalker Ross Stephen won an Aberdeenshire roebuck outing in a charity raffle. They give it to him, taking the deer he shoots from the wild to a delicious lunch in the Eat On The Green restaurant.
