It’s a hot, summer’s day shooting a bag of 280 pigeons. Andy Crow and his cousin Gary are on flying form today as the birds pile in to wheat knocked over by recent wind and rain. Crow has tim to try out decoying with a ‘bionic bird’ – and radio-controlled pigeon – and also the old 20ga pump action that he and Gary started shooting with more than half a century ago.
