Ryan Charlton from Highland Outdoors, which imports the new RS4 5-30×56 scope from Maven Optics in Wyoming, USA, says why he likes it.
“The company’s philosophy is founded on no-compromise optics for hunting the back country up in the mountains, where you need your optics to perform,” says Ryan.
The RS4 5-30×56 scope has a choice of reticles. Ryan likes the CFR reticle, with its mil-based graduations making it easy to estimate holdover for long-distance shooting. The scope has knurled adjustment rings, including magnification and parallax, and the reticle can be illuminated red or green.

“Once you’ve looked through this, I think you’ll agree that Maven have achieved their aim of no-compromise performance,” says Ryan.
The scope is available from Highland Outdoors stockists for £1,889.99.
