It’s all the glory of sport in Scotland this week. We are in the hills north of the Solway Firth looking for red stags and billy goats, and we are on an estate in Inverness-shire in search of more red stags. Paul Childerley goes out with ‘Solway Stalker’ Colin Lockerbie in Dumfries & Galloway. Shooter in Inverness-shire is Lionel Neuville and stalker is Daniel Logie in what turns out to be a long and tricky stalk with lots of animals watching.
