Pellet power & performance – hunting feral pigeons in the farmyard

Using high speed video we illustrate how the pellet flies through the air and the compensation you need to make a clean kill. We are after feral pigeons sitting on rooftops at all ranges. The pigeons are making a real mess of a grain store so we need to act quickly and efficiently with an Air Arms 410IS. We also discover the importance of making sure your pellets don’t get knocked and distorted. Roy Lupton is handling the airgun and, to provide balance, Mark Gilchrist has a shotgun.
