A video which shows lads and their terriers keeping the streets of Liverpool clean from rats is the new target of animal rights activists at the RSPCA.
A film on YouTube, called Liverpool Rats, shows dogs ripping into rats in a deserted Liverpool back street. A group of men can been seen guiding the dogs toward the rats with large torches. The RSPCA has condemned the film.
The RSPCA’s views are reported faithfully by the Liverpool Echo.
