Browning is launching its 825 shotgun, a historic milestone marking 100 years since the renowned B25 over-and-under. The gunmaker does it in style, inviting the UK’s top shooting writers and gun reviewers to an estate near Paris for a spectacular day on driven partridges – not French partridges as you’d expect, but ‘English’ grey partridges, that are notoriously difficult to drive. Charlie Jacoby is shooting them with the new Browning 825, and enjoys a day he will remember as long as he lives.
