For Fieldsports Ireland episode 7, Jason Doyle is out with a Brit. Matt Jarvis moved to Ireland from the UK because he loves shooting – and eating what he shoots. His idea of a great day out is a walk around with dog and gun. You have to stay on your toes when you are roughshooting – birds can pop up at any moment. Then there’s something else that’s becoming a massive Irish event: the British Shooting Show at the NEC in Birmingham. All Jason’s sponsors are there, and he rounds up what’s on their stands. And finally, Jason is off with his pal John Foxton muntjac stalking. In Ireland? No, Norfolk. He swapped an Irish stalk with an English stalker, and this is his payback. Lucky men.
