Labour sided with the miners during their strike in the 1980s, as many miners turned to their rich tradition of hunting with lurchers to feed their families. Then 20 years later the same Labour banned hunting with dogs. Now there’s talk of strengthening the ban further, threatening centuries of those miners’ culture and tradition. A new film aims to make Labour think twice before attacking their own.
