Fieldsports Britain – Ambushing deer in the dark

Night shooting deer: it’s a thing. Whether you like it or not, DEFRA is giving out licences to night-shoot deer and some deer managers are using them. In Lincolnshire, the deer problem is acute, so Luke Butel and Mark Singlehurst from Vale Field & Game are using a night licence to reduce a huge herd of fallow. Plus Luke gives a handy guide to reloading. Game chef José Souto is on a mission to make game meat and venison a family favourite. Ian Hodge talks Turkish – which he prefers out of KOFS and ATA Arms shotguns. David is on the news stump, and James brings you the best hunting videos on YouTube in Hunting YouTube. It’s all in this week’s #FieldsportsBritain
